Some one stole my cell phone and i did not have insurance. Can i say i want insurance now or do they need my phone to give me the insurance. If this helps i just got the phone a week ago its the glyde.

Ya you can but you cant’ just call the next day and say it was stolen…then they would know whan you got in insurance. but it don’t hurt to try.

What your trying to do is commit insurance fraud…
You had the opportunity to purchase the insurance when you bought the phone…
Bite the bullet and learn a lesson… I always buy my phones on the internet through Ebay and I pay about what it costs for insurance….so forget the insurnace and just buy a compatible phone that is unlocked and compatible with your carrier…
You will however have to obtain a new SIM card to make it work… that may cost you, it depends on your phone store/carrier…
